The following documents are unrestricted as to access (w.e.f. 19.30 utc 21/4/09) 

HM Revenue & Customs 11/07 letter:  "we can see no justification for costs of this magnitude"; amounts billed are "staggering" and revealing KPMG's unlawful depletion of Trust funds by £60,000 fees they couldn't recover elsewhere.

NB it is now 18 months later and KPMG have still not even attempted to resolve the matter. Greed or what?

KPMG say: ...upon independent assessment "....(we) rarely obtain full recovery (of) fees.....(we) typically expect ............ a reduction of (upto) 25%"
